A Man's gotta do what a man's gotta do...

C = Wellington
D = Moab
E = Rangely
F = Hanna

Tenere Tom has organized a ride for the weekend. Yeehaaaa!
..................
But, on Wednesday night the instant a care Doctor tells me I have pneumonia.
Beverly says we need to cancel our ride, but I say, (expletives deleted) no we are not canceling. After all like the Duke says, "A man's go to do what a man's got to do"
 So we go. We meet the other riders at Toms place Friday afternoon and hit the road. Our first rest stop I snap a pic of the bikes.
 Tenere Tom
 We ride the excellent Ut SR 128 from I-70 to Moab.
 Beverly takes a selfie that makes me glad I snipped my nose hairs.

 More SR128 pics
 We see Jabba the Hut's transporter off in the distance...

 Another rest stop...and
 .......even though there is no pole, Jess provides the entertainment.

 On the road again to Moab.
Some of the group camps, some condo it, Bev and I found a small Inn at La Sal. The next morning we're off to Rangley, Colorado.

Moooooove off the road!
 Colorado SR 141

 A group shot; LtR, Brad, Brittany, Richard, Becky, Nick, Tom, Beverly, Me, Stacy, Jess, and Laura (who rides her own bike).
(hope I didn't miss spell any names!)
 Where we eat at Rangley.
Two of the women on this ride are rookies. Becky and Brittany.
Becky and Nick.
Both said they had a great time.....I don't think I saw either one without a smile on their faces.

Brad and Brittany.
 And another group shot.
 This is my happy juice smile.
 Another shot of Brad's sweet looking Tiger.

 The next morning we're heading back home.
 We stop at the Hanna cafe and see these beauties.

After a very sub-par chicken fried steak we ride home.
Thanks to Tenere Tom, and everyone else that came along, for this excellent ride!!!!

Glad you had such a good time especially since you were a little under the weather. Hope you are feeling better now.

Might as well be sick and on the road as opposed to sick and at home.

Ah the wonderful adventure! Can't believe you did it even with pneumonia. Dare I ask how the inside of the shield fared? ;)

Looks like a great ride with some great people.

Sensational pics as always Ken. I'm very envious of all that blue sky.

Loved the early 1970's Norton - not a drop of oil underneath it.

Hope that you are much improved.
Cheers Jules.

Trobairitz - Good times are hard to pass up! I've ridden with Tom, Jess, and Brad enough to know it will be fun. The rest of the group was more of the same.
Not feeling better yet, the Drs are puzzled as to what I have but I'm on another round of anti-biotics.

BeemerGirl - I'm a little claustrophobic so my face shield is always up.... And I always have a package of baby wipes in the trunk; both useful habits on this trip.

Jules - I was invited to ride with that group on Saturday, but sadly won't be able to go.

Thanks to you all for stopping in!!
