Shroom Burgers!

If you like mushroom burgers as much as I do, and you're in Utah, then you need to know about three burger joints...sorry, three culinary establishments;

Hoover's is located near Marysvale on highway 89. Marysvale is just south of the Big Rock Candy Mountain. The Hoover's staff are always super friendly and helpful. The food, no matter what you get is going to be good. The next time you are in southern Utah on highway 89 stop in at Hoover's and tell em Tombstone of the Burger Run Boys fame sent you!

Next place is Pinn Willies. Pinn Willies is on State road 87 near Talmage, you can't miss it as there is nothing else there. On my map PWs is west of Roosevelt about an inch... If you do find it, don't be put off by the outside appearance. Once inside you can enjoy your meal while looking at the various "country type" of displays; mounted trophies, farm tools, antiques, etc. With a place this remote you might think the service would be a little sketchy..not so, the server that helped us was wonderful!

Next up is Virg's. They have two murals one on each end of the building that are a real treat. There are more than one Virg's locations, but I've only been to the one in Erda. Erda is south of I-80 on State road 36 before Tooele. The atmosphere is somewhere between budget and rustic, but the food is super. I've had the chicken fried steak once, and the shroom burger twice. Each time was very satisfying. The servers are...umm....well, different. Not in a bad way, but different. Go there with a happy go lucky attitude and you will have fun.

Happy eating! Let me know if you check any of these places out.
